This is the first time I’ve ever made bean curd rolls and it didn’t turn out too bad considering the skins were a little out of date oops.
Filling made from chopped up prawns, carrots, onions fried with oyster and soya sauce
Wrapped in bean curd skins, fried till brown and when ready to eat they are then steamed.
