Savoury rice

The night before I soak about 4 dried shitaki mushrooms and about 10 dried scallops (or shrimp) rinsing them first

Soak about 1-2 cups of rice in some chicken sock and a little bit of soya sauce.

Fry the onions until there is a good colour on them.

Add 1-2 chinese sausage and fry for a few minuites

Add the dried scallops and also the water it’s been soaking in for flavour

Chop the shitaki mushrooms and add to the pan and also the water it was soaked in

Fry them all together

Add the rice and stock mixture and a sliced chicken breast and add to rice cooker, cook for 30 mins

Add some bean after 20 mins, leaving to cook for the last 10 mins, when done stir and serve.
