- packet of pork ribs
- 1 pack of ham choy – sour mustard vegetable
- 5 tomatoes ( this is approx. can be less or more tomatoes depending on your taste)
- water
- chilli (optional)
Super simple and yummy soup.
- Boil spare ribs in water to wash it – throw the water way.
- Fill the pan with new water and bring to the boil.
- Rinse the ham choy in cold water and chop it up to manageable chunks
- Add it to the pot when the water is boiled.
- Cut tomatoes into big chunks and add to the water (add a few chopped chilli’s if you wish)
- Once boiling let it simmer on low for a few hours till pork is super soft.
