Cascaron

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1 cup dessicated coconut
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1-2 cup oil for frying

 

  1. Mix all the ingredients above.
  2. Roll in to balls
  3. Fry on medium heat till browned all over
  4. Place them in a bowl with paper towels to let the oil drain.

Sauce

  • Remainder of the coconut milk
  • Half cup brown sugar

 

  1. Heat all in a pan on medium heat until sugar dissolves.
  2. Dip cascaron inĀ and serve on skewers
