Cascaron
- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1 cup dessicated coconut
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1-2 cup oil for frying
- Mix all the ingredients above.
- Roll in to balls
- Fry on medium heat till browned all over
- Place them in a bowl with paper towels to let the oil drain.
Sauce
- Remainder of the coconut milk
- Half cup brown sugar
- Heat all in a pan on medium heat until sugar dissolves.
- Dip cascaron inĀ and serve on skewers
