Super easy no cook energy bars great for hiking or a healthy snack

  • 1 cup dates
  • 1 cup filled with currents, desiccated coconut, toasted sesame seeds (usually just over half filled with currents but I just eye ball the other ingredients to how I feel)
  • 1 cup nuts – Here I used one batch with just brazil nuts and the other batch with some brazill and some toasted hazelnuts.

This recipe can be adjusted to how you like, just whizz up all ingredients, flatten between baking sheet, refridgerate for an hour, and cut to size.
