  • 100g plain flour
  • 300ml milk
  • 1 T oil
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of salt

 

  1. In the well of the  flour and salt mix in eggs, oil and a little of the milk untill smooth batter
  2. Slowly add the rest of the milk while mixing.
  3. Oil a pan and lightly wipe with tissue.
  4. Swirl batter thinly when pan is hot.
  5. Cook about 30 sec each side.

 

Any filling can be added. For a Malaysian touch make a mixture of desiccated coconut, crushed peanuts, toasted sesame seeds and caster sugar to sprinkle on.
