- 100g plain flour
- 300ml milk
- 1 T oil
- 2 eggs
- pinch of salt
- In the well of the flour and salt mix in eggs, oil and a little of the milk untill smooth batter
- Slowly add the rest of the milk while mixing.
- Oil a pan and lightly wipe with tissue.
- Swirl batter thinly when pan is hot.
- Cook about 30 sec each side.
Any filling can be added. For a Malaysian touch make a mixture of desiccated coconut, crushed peanuts, toasted sesame seeds and caster sugar to sprinkle on.
